SB800 PROJECT KICK-OFF UPDATE
The Board of Directors and Management are pleased to announce that the Association is moving forward toward the official kick-off of the SB800 construction and repair project.
This represents a major milestone for Alameda Point and reflects the extensive planning, investigation, coordination, and collaboration that has taken place behind the scenes over an extended period of time. While projects of this scale can naturally bring questions and temporary inconveniences, they also represent an important investment in the long-term preservation, improvement, and protection of the community.
Owners should have recently received the 6100 Disclosure Statement, which provides additional information regarding the project background, anticipated scope of work, and what residents can expect as the project progresses. All residents are encouraged to review these materials carefully.
At this time, the Association is finalizing contract execution and coordinating project scheduling with all involved parties. As soon as contracts are fully executed and a formal project timeline has been confirmed, the Association will schedule a Community Town Hall Meeting for the membership.
The Town Hall Meeting will provide residents with the opportunity to:
- Learn more about the project timeline and phases
- Review anticipated project logistics and impacts
- Meet project representatives and consultants
- Ask questions and raise concerns
- Understand communication procedures and expectations throughout construction
The Association understands the importance of maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout a project of this nature and remains committed to keeping the membership informed every step of the way.
Additional updates and notices will continue to be distributed as project milestones are finalized.
Thank you for your continued patience, cooperation, and support as Alameda Point moves into this exciting next chapter for the community.
